Refund policy

At Zero Lucks Poker, all of our apparel is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defects or errors.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item showing the issue

  • Include your order number in the message

Once approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for a refund

  • Reshipping may require additional shipping charges


Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Because items are produced shortly after ordering:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun

  • If you contact us immediately after ordering, we will do our best to accommodate changes, but this is not guaranteed


Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
