All Zero Lucks Poker apparel is made to order.

  • Production begins shortly after an order is placed

  • Because items are custom-produced, we cannot guarantee exact color or placement matching every mockup

  • Product images are digital mockups and are intended as visual representations of the final printed item

Minor variations may occur due to printing methods, fabric texture, or screen color differences. These variations are not considered defects.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the site is free from errors.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs or international processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse

  • We do replace items that arrive damaged or misprinted
