All of our apparel is made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the site when available.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

Please note: once a package is marked as “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately due to different production locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
